What does this have to do with home inspecting? It’s a vehicle, not a house. I keep my political biases off this forum. As a matter of respect for differing points of view, you should maintain the same level of respect. Respect is the adult thing to do!

BTW, all my vehicles are gasoline, so I have no “ax to grind”.

I have had my Electric vehicle for six months now. Since Christmas I have logged over 21,000 miles. I added off road wheels and tires, a lift kit and a large refrigerator and I’ve been enjoying the heck out of it.
I save over $500/month on energy/fuel and I’m starting every morning on a full “tank”. No more stops at gas stations for fuel or expensive drinks. I’ve done inspections in TN, Al, NC and took a commercial inspection class in PA. I never had any trouble finding chargers to get to out of state destinations.
So far, I have no regrets. :+1:

True. But the EV fetish promoted by the corrupt current administration has had several ill effects which dissuade home purchases. And the government tax incentives for EV purchases has been subsidized by all taxpayers. Most of the new homes costing $300,000 or more have electrical EV charging circuits built into a garage wall, costing an additional approximate $500 during construction. The number of home fires originating at the EV batteries in the past several years appears to have been a factor in the rise of home insurance premiums (and possibly auto insurance premiums, too).

And Zero-60 mph in 3.5 seconds never gets old. :muscle:

When is your first battery replacement expected?
Did you schedule your appointment and pre-order the replacement battery yet?

Oh my gosh! I forgot this is the Michael Senty forum. If you really respected other points of view you wouldn’t be telling other people what they should do. You just showed us all how little respect you have. Adults don’t do that.

Today felt cooler here. It only briefly touched on 94. I’m not being facetious either. It was high 90s yesterday all day, today it’s just in the low 90s with a nice breeze. Feels like Summer, not satan’s butt crack.

Meanwhile in MN…

By the way, I think that house fell in the river today. I know a house did, and I assume it was that one.
