I think this will work out. I have noticed that even with all the histrionics by the enviro-crazies aimed at coal and nuclear, large natural gas-fired power generation is still quietly coming online, even in blue states like CA. It shows that most of them are not totally crazy. So, either Maryland gets onboard with reality or they deal with power outages and high-priced energy imports (if available).
Btw. The same is happening with EVs. The pragmatic masses are not buying them, but are embracing hybrids. So, those states that are outright banning gas cars, even hybrids, will either have to adapt or face massive revolts from consumers / voters.
Have you tried using directories from ASHI and NICHI to find home inspectors willing to shadow new inspectors?
No not yet
BYW, what’s that have to do with the price of tea in China?
Much like the “if a butterfly flaps it’s wings” philosophy. If an inspector in the US sees tea bags in the pantry, it affects tea in China.
Just something stupid for the morning.
Maybe it’s a film production set…
