Mortgage Company Inspections

Has anyone done business with Five Brothers Mortgage or Safeguard Properties? Just wondering about prices? They contacted me about inspections and wanted a price list, I returned info with what I thought was fair prices but they don’t seem to think so. Just wanting others input or experiences.

What type of inspection did they say they wanted done?
