MS Word template report, instead of software

After trying multiple report softwares and getting tired of switching between French/English, with the Quebec’s invoices, mandatory agreement etc, I began looking for a Microsoft Word, or Google Docs template, which i can develop for my needs. Do you have anything relatively modern? I don’t wanna start from scratch.

Home Inspector Pro supports French. We have quite a few inspectors doing things in French and we even have a French Template you can try out.
