Have my first four-plex inspection next week. Other than fire separation and dedicated electrical services, what are other items to look for/report which differ from the standard residential inspection? This particular four-plex has two units at the ground level, and two units at the second story - are there specific egress issues? All thoughts are appreciated!
Is there a common hallway that serves all 4 units?
Not sure as the inspection is not until next week, but I do not think so. Picture on listing looks like all access from the outside…
