Will you be that lucky family?


There will be a few optional programs available to all. Saturday there will be an 18 hole golf tournament which was not posted, but will be soon. Its limited to only 144 entries. Time and which course has not been assigned yet. Several vendors are already signed up and are already listed.

Travel links and promo's will be posted as we secure them for you.

Also there will be a few unannounced surprises during the sessions, only we know and we're not telling!

So everyone, get online and check it out. Changes and updates will be made on a regular basis. If you have any questions, please feel to get a hold of me or Gary either by, PM, Email (please include convention on subject line) or Phone.

, before they can edge us out. Reserving a room takes only making a phone call, giving them a credit card number and telling them how long you plan to stay. No charges are applied to your credit card until you check in or cancel after the drop dead date which is late December.


If all rooms are booked and people want to stay on site, another Resort will have to be used, like Carribbean Beach Club or Dixie Landings. We're really trying to keep everybody together

Bump from way back


Just a small reminder, we are very quickly approaching that magic 75 mark for reservations at Coronado Springs. But sometime in the not to distant future the slots available for the drawing will be filled.

For those planning on attending I highly recommend that you make your reservation.

Remember one of the first 75 to register will be staying free.

Also the end of the month is coming and the last raffle for a stay at Coronado will be drawn. The raffle is benefiting the NACHI Foundation. So a total of two more lucky families will be staying FREE. Are you going to be one of the lucky winners? Hope so!
