We currently do not have a rookie of the year, likely tough to determine who’s a rookie inspector, unless you mean a first year NACHI member of course that can be tracked.
If we were going with new guys Juan J. would be a nice new up and commer (no slight meant, just doing well for a newer inspector) out there, I figure. Seems to have hit the ground running and really gets his moneys worth out of the message board.

Although some Florida inspectors might disagree, I appreciate what he has done for us during the licensing debacle.

When nominating someone them committee needs details on why, where, when and how/how much. The more the better. This is what is used to determine the winner and without details it is difficult for anyone to see why there are deserving.
