Our own Joe Farsetta was asked to be a guest inspector on CNN’s “Open House” program. The segment will air this Saturday, at 9:30 am. “Open House” specializes in teaching people how to invest wisely in real estate. The show’s host is Gerry Willis, noted real estate expert, and renowned author.
The CNN crew followed Joe for 4 1/2 hours recently, filming him on an actual inspection. After all was said and done, the taping will be boiled down into a 6 minute segment. A sampling of defects and findings will be highlighted, with interaction between Gerry and Joe along the way.
Joe said that the experience was "fantastic", and looks forward to working with CNN againe. Its nice to know that they chose a NACHI inspector for this unique segment.
The show mentions being your own inspector, but even the host acknowledges that hiring a professional is the only way to go. Joe shows some tips for initial evaluation prior to making an offer, and stresses the importance of having a thorough and complete inspection performed by a qualified inspection professional.
Be sure and watch Joe this weekend. 9:30am CNN's Open House.

I hope they got your good side.
They tried but the public still hasn't recovered from seeing Dennis Franz's "good side" on NYPD Blue. ![icon_razz.gif](upload://rytL63tLPMQHkufGmMVcuHnsuWJ.gif)
