This is a 1.3 million post message board that has been in operation for 15 years. If I was deleting and editing member’s posts, there would be an uproar and there would be thousands of complaints here and on other message boards about it. Other than some graphic porn posts that staff has to delete, your assertion simply isn’t true.
As Co-Chairman of the ESOP(SPE) that adjudicated the original complaints against Nathan Thornberry I can assure you that Jim’s comments are true and accurate, although I cannot speak to the assertion that Chris deleted posts. I agree that did occur but I’m not sure of the timing. I do know that Nick refused to implement our suggested 1 year ban of Mr. Thornberry and said “******* 'em (the ESOP-SPE), if they don’t like it they can leave*”**. Several of us essentially did just that.

) We don’t delete member’s posts unless they include fowl language, are harming another member’s business, are pornographic, etc. For members, this is in essence, an unmoderated message board.
Jeezes guys your lucky he’s gone from your org. Since nickey banned him he went to ASHI and gave freebies to ASHI higher up members to bribe them, now he uses them to promote his scams to ASHI members , oh as the HI world turns:)
It has nothing to do with posts getting deleted or not, my beef is that Nick Lied and said it VER happened and NEVER will. Nothing but a lie, and that’s the bottom line.

Danny Devito’s “special” twin, Joe Farsetta, a failed home inspector that has had to find work elsewhere, presumably in some sort of sideshow, simply doesn’t like anything that is superior to his failed model.

Its sad to see so many new and established inspectors risk their reputation by believing they are going to get rich by promoting get rich scams.

Interesting. Not only did Chris delete posts, he deleted whole THREADS. How do I know? Because my posts and those threads are no longer on the message board. Members, by having their posts removed, were indeed moderated. In fact, dozens and dozens of members posts were deleted in those threads.
It was only when Jamie had a hissy fit that Nick finally banned the person. For something that had nothing to do with InterNACHI, nothing at all. Touch the money and you are gone. Real simple.
Nope. The posts of the non-member were deleted (they weren’t deleted until after he was expelled) and the ugliest of the threads (that we felt were harming members’ businesses) were moved to our NFE (Not for Everyone) forum where they still exist today. No member’s posts were deleted.

Anyway onto new things. Is Nathans latest statement about you true or a lie. The statement I am referring to is the one where he claims you are cheating the IRS ? A simple yes or No will work Yes or No is he lying ?

InterNACHI can’t cheat the IRS… it doesn’t owe or pay federal tax. InterNACHI is federally tax exempt.
