Oh, I don’t know anything about that. None of my business. Besides, no vendor can “collect” your client data. You have to give it to them. If you give your client data to some vendor, that’s your business. If you trade your client data for something of value from some vendor, that’s your business.
And even if you do, it won’t ever get to InterNACHI because our system doesn’t have a way for you or anyone else to enter it. You couldn’t give us your client data if you tried.
No, the agent that initially referred the participating inspector makes the money selling it, not us. We give the listing back to that agent so he/she can make another commission on it. That keeps that agent referring participating members in the future.
Your dribble is getting so old, it does nothing but make you look ridicules.
Nobody ever mentioned that Chris Morrell kid, and who gives a rats as…s about him anyway. The comment was precise and directed to YOU Nick Gromicko doing business with Nathan Thornberry, who you yourself said is Unethical as well as several negative/derogatory and damaging business practices.
Now you choose to not only continue doing business with him, but to now increase that business which immediately Tarnishes the Buy Back Program which in turn Harms All NACHI Members, and taints the whole program.
Many of Nathan’s users are also InterNACHI members. If he wants to pay for their participation in the Buy Back program or make their mortgage payments or pay for the Hershey’s chocolate bars they eat, I’m happy for those InterNACHI members. I couldn’t prevent him from doing it even if I had a problem with it… and I don’t. It saves some of our members money.
Yep, clients really do love the program. Agents do too.
Your name is all over it. It is said that YOU helped put it together.
From the links provided earlier in this thread:
It says: “Nick Gromicko offers FREE BuyBack Guarantees thru the Inspector Services Group”
It says: “This program being promoted by InterNACHI to its members.”
Which implies it is your business.
No, you can’t prevent him from paying for others, but that is not what is being presented. It is being presented that Nick Gromicko is making the offer via ISG, and NACHI is promoting the use of ISG to use the BB program.
All of which implicitly states Nick Gromicko has fully participated in making this offer, Nick Gromicko endorses this offer, and Nick Gromicko is fully aware of everything going on with this offer. And therefor, it is Nick Gromicko’s business.
Based on what I have read online this morning, I can choose to either pay $5 for BB, or I can take Nick Gromicko’s offer of getting the BB for free by using Nick Gromicko’s program that Nick Gromicko put together as a NACHI promotion to have ISG pay the $5 for me
And since Nick Gromicko put together this promotion as an official NACHI promotion, I would like if Nick Gromicko could explain just what the Concierge program is that Nick Gromicko’s partnership is offering my clients.
Because I read the link provided, and there were few details.
I looked at ISG’s website, and there is no mention of the Concierge service.
Seeing how as Nick put together this promotion, and Nick is generally full of good ideas, I’m sure Nick can explain just how the Concierge service from ISG can benefit me and why he is promoting the Concierge service to all InterNACHI members.
I don’t know anything about it. I generally don’t comment on what others say about InterNACHI on other people’s websites. I stay put here: Hence my nearly 51,000 posts. Members know where to come if they have a specific question for me.
Nick,If this vendor wants to buy some one a chocolate bar, pay their house payments or pay for the BB it doesn’t matter to me, the partnership/endorsement is the issue. Advertised for free, there is no way that this is going to be free with no strings attached. Did you check out what his program was going to be before agreeing to this partnership/offer?
