Hello Everyone, Does anyone have experience with brown oily fluid leaking inside Navien units? It seems like it is coming from the exhaust vent. I wrote it for further evaluation from a Navien Technician.
Did you bother to use the MB SEARCH feature??

I would like to say yes, but it was 4 years ago while I was performing a mock inspection. I can’t say for sure. I do know I never found a good answer online. According to the homeowner, the plumbers that installed it and maintain it said it is not an issue.
