Sure you have some Nachi members signed on, so what, how many? You will need all of us to make your paper airplane fly.
We don’t NEED any of your members to ‘make it fly’. Its’ flying very well now, thank-you. We welcome any and all applications, but since it’s voluntary, we are happy with whatever we get. How many, you ask? Even I, the eternal optinist, was pleasantly surprised at the numbers.

Huge benefits? You promise everything and haven’t delivered anything, and you should substantiate your bull with hard facts.
My many accomplishments speak for themselves. How about you?

As to the latest fiasco with Cam and Lloyd and other goings on you have a real political football going on. That’s an OAHI matter, nothing to do with the NCP,

Until Mr. Guihan comes and talks to NACHI members NACHI will not becoming forth as an Association to talk to anyone least of all you. Why would Mr. Guihan want to talk to anyone about the NCP? He’s not in charge of it, Claude Lawrenson is, and he’s been quite communicative despite being mistreated. I didn’t see your name on any list of NACHI officers, so where do you get the authority to make statements like “NACHI will not becoming forth as an Association to talk to anyone”. That decision to refuse to communicate is hurting many NACHI members.

And by the way you should stop bragging as your bragging has a history of falling far short of their mark. You win some and you lose some. At least I try.

As to CAN P9 why should we take your word when the documents and CAN P9 tell a different story.

What story? I Haven’t seen where they have contradicted what I said above.

I guess you better tell that to everyone else, because quite frankly it seems Cam and Lloyds egos are just as big as yours. Seems to be a quality required to be on the National. OAHI and CAHPI are infighting and jockeying for position. You can’t silence everyone Bill even though you try.

And you are not on the National Cert. board so where do you get the authority? You and your cronies gave it to yourselves. I never said Nachi would not speak or deal with CAHPI-NATIONAL. Unfortunately you are not the one we want to deal with. If CAHPI-National wants to talk I am all ears as long as its Guihan doing the talking to Nachi members. Nachi members are not hurting as a result of not signing on to the National there is no call for NC inspectors and the fact there is not a public list speaks to that issue.

As long as there is CAN P9 and no audit the program is without review, you and your bunch gave yourselves the authority to review educational providers, that pretty rich a bunch of self appointed auditing and reviewing course providers. Get real for once will ya.

Still waiting for all those other overhyped bull s h i t announcements that you have bragged about, but never deliver the outcome of those very special meetings you have.

Glad I have a large shovel. Hope your meetings go just as well as your previous meetings, and those undelivered special announcements that will rock the industry.

There is no reason to apply for a CAN-P-9 audit because the NCA does not attempt to be fully CAN-P-9 compliant. We have told you this many times, but it just doesn’t sink in. The NCA used the CAN-P-9 guidlines as a roadmap only rather than trying to develop some of our own procedures and rules. This was all done with their blessing and advice.

Until (if) the NCA decides to try to be fully CAN-P-9 compliant, no audit is needed.
Stating can-P-9 and not being compliant, is like being a little bit pregnant ,There is no such thing. Either you are or you are not .

Every step of the process has been ‘audited’ by reputable outsiders from the public, from government agencies, from real estate, insurance, builders and banking reps, and high ranking educators.
Unfortunatly this is not admissable and you know it you say its OK so that makes it OK well sorry that is not how things work. Hearsay information is not accetable any where and you know that.
If it’s good enough for the government, national consumer groups, universities and large corporations, it’s good enough for me.

But then why would you even care? You’re sitting on the platform watching the NCP train fly by.

Typical of Bill Mullen he loves to make a big splash and then when the ripples settle we again find out he has nothing to say, Typical has been doing this for a long time.
You made it clear that NACHI members didn’t want to hear any information from me, and that’s fine by me.

Those who received the announcement and information contained therein are already reaping huge benefits, and it will shortly get much better.

BTW: I want to commend and thank the MANY NACHI members who have signed up for the National Certification recently. If all goes well we will have a large NACHI group of National Certificate Holders in a few months.

Gee Bill according to you there is a huge amount all ready and you said that you would give out the info in July 2007. Did you mean 2007or was that an other error.

The national certification and accreditation model for home and property inspectors is intended to comply reasonably closely with CAN-P-9 criteria as published by the Standards Council of Canada. This does not
guarantee or ensure that the model is in complete compliance with CAN-P-9 criteria.

In order to determine whether or not this model is in complete compliance with CAN-P-9 criteria, it would be necessary for the National Certification Body to undergo a comprehensive audit conducted by a firm qualified to conduct ISO audits. Such an audit is outside the scope of this project.

If the National is based on criteria of CAN P9 and says it meets that criteria, how is anyone to know?
