I was able to stick my hand into the acces panel and click. The picture only shows half of the pond. The seller showed up as we were discussing are fast departure when he wanted me to show him the pond. I gave him my flashlight and pointed the way. He had no clue (so he claims). When I showed him it took about 20 seconds for the commode to flush. He still acted like it must have just happened. The pond circles the sewage pipe. Gross is not the word.
