This thing looks a lot like a home inspection, how long do you think it will be until Realtors start using this form along with a wind mit… all for 125 bucks to boot.

$250-300 for the Citizens .
Even at that I don’t want to do them.
No one is going to get one dime more than they currently do. The big companies will NOT RAISE their rates and just send the s h i t downhill for the hapless hourly HI and he will take it
