With all due respect… that looks nothing like the pre-cast concrete panels I have ever seen, in fact, doesn’t look like “panels” at all.

I have never seen this type in the wild. I had to gurgle to find some info.

These are for above grade only. I am curious if this is the case for all in this genre.

Here is what I have seen and posted about:

Pre-Cast Concrete stud basement walls

I passed what I thought was this about 10 years ago but couldn’t stop to get pictures and investigate. Then my niece and her husband bought a house with this system and I took some pictures. The pre-cast panels appear to come in 10’ sections, and longer, and are set on a stone footing. Appears to be ~ 6" of concrete, beyond the rigid foam, on the outside. It was parged on the outside with a broom type finish. It seems like a great system…with some oddities (like the 3/4" wood strips don’t see…

How has it held up? Ok for below grade?

They’ve been extremely happy with it as their basement wall structure…strong, warm and dry.

No concerns at all with its performance to date.
