Richard, you may want to contact some CMIs or CPIs within 40 to 50 miles, or closer, to your area and communicate with them. Maybe one, or more, will help you. Some inspectors feel as though they are training their competition by ride-alongs or mentoring or hiring and some are into it just for the $.

Appreciate the advice Larry. Yeah, it was kind of my thoughts as well regarding ride-a-longs but I’m looking to get into this game long term. I definitely wouldn’t do someone like that and jump ship, it’s not who I am. So far, I’ve found InterNACHI online to be a brilliant resource of information and available advice!
