"New"Roof to Wall connection

Hi everyone, I recently completed "How to perform a wind mitigation inspection " and today I came acrossed this youtube video that showed three types of devices to connect the roof to the wall, two of this were not standard and never mentioned on during the wind mitigation nor any of internachi’s home inspector courses that I have taken. Could you guy comment on how you would report this if you came across this two ways to tie the roof to the wall.
The first half of the video (0-4:36 min) is about this topic.

The first two metal attachments are OK, but only if they contain the required number of NAILS. It looked like what he was suggesting lacked 3 nails.
That would classify them as “toe-nails”. Not clips, single wraps or double wraps.
The BIG screw - again, not the prescribed roof to wall attachment with metal connectors. Default to “toe-nails” again.
“Toe-nails” may not even be accepted nowadays. If they were, the rate would be 2 billion dollars a year… … …

Thank for the reply Marc. The first one did have holes for 3 nails on each side and 4 in the bottom, pretty much making it a double Clip. The long screw would be hard to detect unless you know what you are looking for.
Thanks again Marc, much appreciated.

It might be impossible to detect after drywall. So, I hope those are never approved by any AHJ.
