Hello. This is my first time posting on here, I just got off active duty military and decide to persue a career in home inspecting. I am currently in AHIT’s master course and about to finish it up. I am just looking to get some take from veteran inspectors on what to expect in the starting stages of getting a home inspection business up and running. I would also take any advice on what tools/equipment is need or must have to get Inspections throughly completed. I’m also courious as to what means of marketing current inspectors are utilizing. AHIT offers web development for a price but wasn’t sure if thats the standard or what. Well thank you all in advance and sorry for so many questions right out of the gate.
