Nick why do only Russel's Marketing Forum Members

Of course. And, as we know, those who don’t much care for them are bashers or have reading issues. I think we have well established that.

I knew you couldn’t make it through a thread without calling someone a liar, I take your threat to file a formal complaint as your “new” replacement for threatening to sue everyone who disagrees with you. That along with the latest report of your latest great disaster or illness makes this a typical “Wendy Thread”.

If you were so worried about Nick’s opinion on the subject, why didn’t Email him instead of posting your “question” here? If you hadn’t spent the last week or so attacking RR on the same subject, in a different thread, then some may have been able to take your “question” for a question instead of a continued attack based on your bigoted views and opinions of Russel’s lifestyle. But then you wouldn’t be the “Wendy” we all know.

I have better things to do thank you. Surprise surprise.

Wendy

You seem to have some issues that are in need of professional help that you can not get on this BB

It is not always of what you say but how you say it. I do think that if you had approached the issue from a positive and as a request, positive results might have been forthcoming.

Perhaps some self help and maybe a talk with your religious leader are in order.

rlb

Not at all. Where did you get that impression?

I just spent 15 minutes talking to Ray Wand on the phone an hour ago, on my dime. And I think we all know that Ray and I rarely see eye to eye. I asked him for some help on a Canadian project I’m working on, and he was the professional gentleman that I always thought he was in providing that help to me. Doesn’t mean we can’t continue to disagree about certain aspects of our businesses and how they are run in the two countries.

I think I met all of my Canadian “detractors” at the Convention and thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with them. Heck, Roy Cooke even asked me for advice on his business card and brochure. I also met a lot of my Canadian friends who have been sending me all sorts of little goodies, like a jar of Canadian snow, a can of Canadian peas, etc. Canadians are the best, even when I disagree with them.

Everyone is welcome over at Marketing. The only difference over there is that there are no personal attacks based on mere hatred or jealousy, there is no discussion about religion or the lack thereof, there is no discussion about politics, there is no discussion about life in general. Just marketing and business operations.

Heck, even Robert Humphries is a registered user over at Marketing. Based on his recent rants against anything and everything connected to me, a lesser person might have deleted him from the forum that the lesser person controls. Nope. He’s welcome to disagree with me at any time. As with certain other people, though, it’s not the disagreement itself, it’s how the disagreement is stated. You had the same problem in this thread, Wendy. Talk about wanting glory. Nonetheless, to your “Thank you,” I say, “You’re welcome.”

Ultimately, I’d love to bring everything at Marketing over here to NACHI. But I’d like for there to simply be a storage area for marketing materials, not just mine, but anyone’s. I don’t want there to be 30 threads so that the whole world can bash the person who contributed the materials. Part of the problem here at NACHI is that many people don’t/won’t post because they see the abuse that is heaped on others. I suspect they have better things to do. I’m out to help them, and you. If you don’t like something, offer something different. But to just willy nilly say, “Russel doesn’t know what he’s doing” doesn’t help anyone. Russel knows exactly what he is doing and what he has done in the past, and he intends on sharing that success with NACHI. As I have said previously, if you would like to compare tax returns, just let me know.

If some NACHI members don’t think anything is right for their businesses, that’s all fine and dandy. But, again, if you don’t like something, offer something different. The fact that I take the time to contribute something positive, and that you don’t, sounds like sheer jealousy to me. Instead of doing a cookbook, why don’t you write a marketing book? I wouldn’t have any problem with that.

I personally am kind of amused that wendy likened RR having people sign in to a free marketing forum to people being shoved in ovens.

Perhaps this kind of aversion to free and intellignet marketing discussion is why she has so much free time to postulate here.

Good post RR, and I am sure many will find it useful regardless of what web address they have to type in to access it.

You know Richard. You’re right. I’m just gonna go write cookbooks where I belong.

Errrrrrrr???

I hope you understood that.

Wendy

And if this (cook books) is what you want do do then do it.

I still think that you should talk to someone about some of the issues that you have with other people.

Look at the # of hrs that you put on this BB on subjects not related to HI ---- is this not you crying for help??

Start asking yourself some personal questions

Russel I didn’t think we disagree; so much as we only argue over who is right and who is wrong, just like the perfect gentlemen we are!

Others in NACHI have used their honorary positions to advance their personal gains and web sites … but not paid employees of NACHI.

I would guess that this matter is up to the people who actually pay him.

Russel…

**I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…I’m not jealous of you. I’m sure you are good at what you do. I think perhaps the main thing I have issue with is what you call yourself. I think it’s great if you are a motivational speaker. You do it well. But tell the truth if you didn’t work at such and such big company, and do this and that job. It’s okay. People like you just for who you are. You don’t have to have these huge jobs and have worked since you were 10 years old. **

**Russel, you have a strikingly dynamic personality that causes people to drop everything and follow you wherever you go, so just trust that. People all over the world wish they had that kind of charisma, so don’t go making up stories to go with it. That makes people, not all just some, distrust you, so just be yourself. I’d be willing to be you don’t even need things like the Five P’s and stuff. I bet you could just get up in front of a crowd and start talking the truth, not made up stories or pretend credentials. You don’t have to admit that or anything here. I don’t care if you do or not. It isn’t important. What is important is that we all just let this go and start moving on and do what we all do best. You’re right, let’s pull together and I’ll let it go if I see the BS. **

**But know, you don’t need the BS, you’re better than that. You’re more than that. **

Wendy please stop and think about this.

You are one of only five people (perhaps less than that) in this entire organization that has a probem with Russell.

Think about it.

Richard. I think you misunderstand the number of hours I’m actually here, and how much of it I’m doing certain things and what I’m actually doing.

~edited because I actually got distracted by my kids and didn’t cut and paste all of this post together correctly and didn’t realize how messed up it was. So I do apologize. wf

Erol…think about it…there are actually only about only 100 people who hang out on this message board, even though you mean to imply that I am the only one who doesn’t agree with Russel out of a 10k organization.

Nice way to crunch the numbers though.

5 out of a hundred isn’t exactly a mandate either…

I take the money, write the thrilling essay, and instead of putting it on the NACHI site…I publish it on my own, requiring members to subscribe.

Now, I have accumulated 10,000 home inspector email addresses for sale if I so desire and 10,000 or so hits to my website, increasing its rankings exponentially over my competitors.

What’s up with that?

NACHI has probably been selling your email for quite some time, WAY before RR came aboard.

Hmmmm. It’s all about the green.

Just because one is doing it, when the next comes along doesn’t mean we should automatically bend over.
