I have talked with paul several times and even butted heads a few times. He has been nothing but straightforward, honest and professional. This message board is noticably different when he is not around. No matter how long it takes to get green squares. He has contributed more USEFUL information than 99% of the membership.

No one but Joe Tedesco…and only Joe Tedesco…has stalked members at their day jobs and made telephone calls to their jobs to get them in trouble.

No one but Joe Tedesco…and only Joe Tedesco… has called and harassed members by telephone for what they have posted on the message board.

No one but Joe Tedesco…and only Joe Tedesco… has paid money to enter a site that maintains criminal records and then posted them openly on the message board with the intent to harm the reputation of a member and his business.

No one has come close to the severity or the number of COE violations as has Joe Tedesco.

I just have one question to all this. Has anyone filed suit against him for slander, defamation, or harassment or…or…or

In all my years, I have never heard of this level of obsessive behavior being exhibited by a professional of his “supposed” caliber.

I am amazed that the professional organizations he is affiliated with have not censured him. I am surprised that these forums allow this type of behavior. And most of all, I guess I am disurbed that there are those on this and other forums who support and condone this type of victimization.

Maybe the victims could get together and hire one lawyer and get some kind of a package deal. Leave room for me, because I’m sure he thinks he has me square in his sites.

He told me that he is supposed to be in Houston “in-processing” for KBR October 20, 2008. Unless that’s changed. Give it 7-10 days then file suit. He’ll be in Iraq. Just a thought.

You guys are being WAY to nice about this!! My attorney is chomping at the bit over this thread and others. GET A LAWYER!!

Some say his inability to co-exist with other electrical specialists stems from an inferiority complex related to a childhood incident regarding his extremely small penis. Four years ago, when he was publishing photographs of himself in a French maid outfit (painted nails, make-up…the whole works…not kidding about this) many concluded that he was just too far out there to relate to as a professional.

Since then, he monitors our board and chooses his victims from other qualified electrical experts who he feels invades “his” space.

I agree with you that it is time to stop. I cannot understand why the ESOP Committee…who has already canned his a$$ for less than this…resist the inevitable expulsion. In the interim, whatever means of retribution you may seek through litigation is not only welcomed, but encouraged.
