Ran into this panel. Besides the aluminum. How many other issues are there? I can barely see everything and I don’t feel safe getting hands anywhere near.

Where is the aluminum? Are you referring to the stranded wire?

Okay. Stranded aluminum is generally not a concern. As far as how many issues? This is a partial photo. You need a photo like this plus a few close-ups. Do you have one?
Can’t tell for sure may be cloth wires

The red and black conductors in the first picture are tinned copper.
