no UL approved connectors .
Junction box in (attic)? does not have approved non metallic wire connectors.
This may be a hazard as wires may rub against Junction box knock outs and present a fire hazard and we recomend this be repaired by a licence Electrician, before the close of Escrow. or you could duck tape it

The reference to “Approved” should only be associated with the person who is employed by the city or state electrical inspection or building department.
This term is defined as: "Acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction."
The word "Listed" is more appropriate, and helps to give credibility to the Home Inspector's report.

Joe ,
I sent you an e-mail the picture is of a double tapped breaker.
I do not report every single defect I find. If anything warrants evaluation by an electrician I point out the worst of the problems and what the hazards might be and recommend evaluation by a licensed electrician.

Hi, Joe!
Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I just got the e-mail back from Randy.
It's actually in the back of garage, over a workbench... As I remember, the conduit with the black tape extension fed from a 2 gang J Box mounted near the back door of the garage, one of the Romex feeds the another box in the run. The surface it's mounted to is a storage area approx 6' up..
