Ha! I thought this would be a kick to see what responses we get here… I have an open mind on this topic of the paranormal? Who knows? I don’t believe, and I don’t dis-believe… I just don’t know.

I am curious to hear anyones stories of what has happened to them, cold spots, ghosts, anything that just gave you the willies and said, this inspection is over!

Especially those older homes back east.... I am sure you guys have some stories back there! ![icon_twisted.gif](upload://xjO326gspdTNE5QS3UTl0a0Rtvy.gif)

Share your experiences with us.....

"Is this room actually stretching, or is it just your imagination."..... can anyone name that quote, and where???? ha!!!

Be safe!

Justin:

I had inspected this Commercial property for a Buyer a few years back. The Building was featured on "Unsolved Mysteries".

Justin,

I am a paranormal fanatic and watch all those types of shows. I have also seen several documentaries regarding the General Wayne Inn that Joe H inspected. The owner was murdered in the Inn by his partner and it is a well known haunted site in Pa.

I posted this on another thread a few weeks back. I did a home a couple months ago that was vacent for about 6-8 months. There were no cars in the driveway so I new I was by myself. I knocked on the door opened it and did the normal Hello - home inspector. I heard a hello back, and it wasn’t an echo. I thought someone was already there. It was a huge house and I was expecting someone to come around the corner any time. About a half hour later the client showed up. We did the normal inspection chatting allong the way then she said being the home was vacent the realtor had given her the code to be able to go in by herself. She told me the week before she had to leave because she felt like she wasn’t there alone!!! Creepy.
