Program A: $10 per 90-Day Home Warranty and** A FREE RecallChek with a valid lead**. The warranty will cover the Inspector’s inspection per the terms and conditions of the warranty policy. In addition RWS will include, free of charge, an automated appliance recall system to each Qualified Referral (“RecallChek”) to be used at the inspector’s option. The provider of the warranty and RecallChek program will be Residential Warranty Services, Inc.
Program B: RWS will pay Inspector an administrative fee (Between $2.00 and $25.00 depending on quality of lead for inspectors meeting qualifications regarding alarm system install close rate percentages) for each Qualified Referral and provide an automated appliance recall system to each Qualified Referral (“RecallChek”)* to be used at the inspector’s option. The provider of the recall check program will be Residential Warranty Services, Inc.
Program C: $8 per 90-Day Home Warranty with a valid lead. The warranty will cover the Inspector’s inspection per the terms and conditions of the warranty policy. Qualified Referral (“RecallChek”) to be used at the inspector’s option*. The provider of the warranty will be Residential Warranty Services, Inc.
Program D: RWS will pay Inspector a commission of $200 per installed alarm system (“ISG Rewards Program”)**
Program E: RWS will rebate to the client a fee of $200 per installed alarm system (“ISG Rewards Program”).
Program O: Casey O’Malley Support Network. For Inspectors participating in program “O”, the COA(Casey O’Malley Associates) Support Network program, **who submit 10 or more leads per month with client phone numbers, RWS will pay Inspector’s membership to the COA Support Network ($89 typically), as well as provide one of the following items on each inspection (optional); 1. RecallChek or 2. 90-Day Warranty. **Inspector must let a RWS Inspector Services Group representative know which promotional item they would like to enroll in by calling 1-800-544-8156. If a RecallChek or 90-Day Warranty is utilized and no qualified lead has been submitted, those services will be billed at rates specified at RecallChek.com or in this contract. Should Inspector fall below 10 qualified lead submissions for any given month, Inspector will be billed (utilizing credit card on file at RecallChek.com) for the $89 fee to Casey O’Malley Associates, less a credit of $5.00 for each qualified lead submitted. (I.E. An inspector who submits 10 qualified leads in a given month would be billed for only $35). One of the benefits to the Inspector for participation in the COA Support Network Program is a ticket to a COA convention. Inspector is required to participate or pay the full $89 to RWS for a minimum of 3 months in order to qualify for the free ticket. If enrollment occurs less than 3 months prior to a scheduled convention, inspector may enroll for that convention but is still responsible to stay on the program or pay the $89 through RWS on automatic billing for a minimum of 3 full months.
Additionally, user agrees upon signup to either meet a minimum of 10 alarm leads per month for a minimum of 3 months or pay RWS/Inspector Services Group $89 for each month within which there is a shortfall. If Inspector attends a COA event and the ticket is paid for as part of the subscription service, this commitment shall extend for an additional 3 months.
If Inspector chooses to enroll in the Alarm Leads Program “O” (Which stands for O’Malley), user will receive the subscription service shown above, as well as a RecallChek report free of charge for any property qualifying as an “Alarm Lead” under the RWS Alarm Leads Program. The minimum number of qualified leads required to be submitted each month under this program is 10, and any shortfall would result in a charge of $89 for that month. As an additional benefit for either participating in COA Alarm Leads Program “O”, or participating in another Alarm Leads Program and purchasing the COA Support Network via the Inspector Services Group, inspector will automatically receive our $1500 E & O Deductible protection package, the terms of which are enclosed in that package.
Program HIP: Home Inspector Pro. For Inspectors participating in program “HIP”, the Home Inspector Pro program, who submit 15 or more leads per month with client phone numbers, RWS will either pay Inspector’s: 1. Home Inspector Pro cloud service fees plus fees to host 1 website or 2: Home Inspector Pro fees to host 2 websites, as well as provide a RecallChek. If a RecallChek is utilized and no qualified lead has been submitted, those services will be billed at rates specified at RecallChek.com or in this contract.** Should Inspector fall below 15 qualified lead submissions for any given month, Inspector will be billed (utilizing credit card on file at RecallChek.com)** for a $50 fee to Home Inspector Pro for the use of their services, less a credit of $5.00 for each qualified lead submitted. (I.E. An inspector who submits 5 qualified leads in a given month would be billed for only $25).

RWS and/or its affiliate may offer, at their option, additional benefits for submittal of previous leads for 30, 60, or 90 days prior to the commencement of this marketing program.
