Joe and I went into the home inspection business at about the same time in Pennsylvania and were friendly competitors. He helped get InterNACHI going and eventually became President of the association. Later in life he joined me in Colorado and helped me launch the first House of Horrors training facility. He was a great man.
That’s a shame, I think he just retired to Florida in 2019.

So I never met the man, rest in peace.
I will say that I met a lot of Internachi folks at the convention and the culture was great. Like tends to attract and retain like, so I suspect this man had a good effect on the positive culture of Internachi. God speed.
