I’m signed up with them ( DDN) for three months or so…haven’t done any work for them yet…heard good things about them though…
I do a lot of draw inspections for GRANITE..they are the best.....they pay real fast...and the reports are easy to do.........and just send 4 pictures..... real simple.....
Granite is , I would say the best for draw inspections.......they may have something in your area....give them a try..

I do inspections for both Digital Draw and Granite. I get more inspections from Digital Draw in my area. It just depends on which bank the contractors are working with, as the draw companies contract with the banks, then sub it out. They both have websites where you send the photos and report. I made an extra 700 bucks last month between these two companies. The best thing is, I can schedule them around my regular home inspections. Granite pays weekly, and Digital pays the 1st and 15th.

I do draws for DDN, Granite and a few others. DDN pays the least but they pay. Granite pays 5 days after you leave a voice mail asking where is my money. But they pay.

I just reciently started working with DDN and so far so good. They say they want a long term relationship. That’s promissing. you are all right they don’t pay well.

They don’t pay that much, but I can usually schedule them between my regular home inspections. I’ve also found that after you get used to what they want and how to input the info into the website, it goes a lot faster. Sometimes I’ll get two or three in one day, with a total time (including driving) of about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. That works out to about 60-80 bucks an hour. Not too bad for zero liability and no reports to write. If I could get 10-15 of these a day on a consistent basis, I’d quit doing home inspections and do this full time.
