I didn't realize that you had a copy of a pic of an inspection on the "Penthouse Igloo" (pic #7)
My final comment on the report was ..................
The place has a great view, plenty of water (as the functional flow test proved), however the stairway needed a railing (although there is nothing in the "code" stating what type of railing) and some minor maintenance concerns.
I did however point out that the foundation should be monitored during hot sunny days and to watch out for drifting into the shipping lanes.
