Yep. P2P franchise owners definitely need InterNACHI.
Can you be more specific? What concerns do you have? I’m lost.
Correct. P2P has a lot of newer inspectors in their franchise.
I’m just stating fact that all members should be cognizant of, not a political position. It’s yours to run as you see fit.
Given the current events in the NFL I would have to disagree!
I wish. That was basically true years ago though.
Fire them all and start again. Sometimes you just have to sweep house with a big broom. Take a year off and do tryouts. Televise them.
Thing with all that is going on folks worry about the future they understand they are a part of something big, valuable and are concerned over suffering a loss, you know like NAHI members did.
The implication is clear .
BuyBack has been sold to a Client information farm .
BuyBack is a NACHI perk that for many members was a good alternative to having to sell out privileged Client information to a RWS type outfit in order to provide a value marketing widget to Clients under the promise… by you… that Buy Back would never ever share that Client information.
I guess you can say the promise is kept because it is voluntary and that’s the same as a Mafia boss saying he did not kill anyone …he simply ordered the hit.
In the future I will warn Inspectors that they may as well just post Clients information on FB if they join in on the scam because this program is now co-mingling with parasites and if the $5 is paid or paid for it no longer appears trustworthy…perception is everything.
Buy Back isn’t an entity. Its basically a third-party promise. How would one buy the concept of making a promise?
True.
I’m not following that analogy.
I’m still lost. Not following what you are trying to say. Are you saying that if a vendor makes an offer to members that is worth $5 or more, the product or service isn’t trustworthy? FORD Motor Company offers InterNACHI members thousands of dollars: InterNACHI(R) Member Discount on Ford Vehicles - InterNACHI . Does this mean you don’t trust Ford vehicles? In what way? Do you think they are unsafe? I’m just not following your thinking here.

Q. how does one invest in Porch?
A. its a private company that simply does not happen.
I did not say it does not happen. Matt with Porch said it can not happen
Quote:
Q. Nick Gromicko says he invested. How did he invest?
A. Uh Yea Nick and I started talking about the buy back guarantee and his idea was he let me invest that will give me deeper insight to the company with the data to make sure nothing weird is happing
Fair enough, despite the fact that Matt said it does not happen.
Quote:
Q. Does he have a seat on the board of any kind of voting?
A. NO Nope no no seat on the board, he is just an advisor to give him assurance that we are doing what we say we are doing, that we are not selling data.
Only if the company is set up to allow for such. In the interview Matt stated that he has set up the company and to maintain position that prevents this from happening with any investors.
My statements still stand valid.
You say that you have voting control in Porch, oversight of how they operate to protect InterNACHI members.
Matt says that you have no such position.
Only one of those statements can be correct.
Good idea and I can agree with that! At that time they can also totally revamp their contract system to prevent the current NFL debacle from occurring again.
