Plumbing pipe/boot clearance

First time seeing this. I understand plumbing vents should be at least 6” above roof surface. Is there anything saying the pipe should extend above the boot itself.

Yes, the pipe should extend past the boot.

Thank you, question was poorly asked on my part. I just didn’t know if there was a require clearance above the boot/collar.
