House was built in 1917, a bathroom was added on the first floor below this vent.
There were no soffit vents so that’s not an issue.
The window on the upper floor is a potential issue being that the vent termination was about 8’ laterally, and below the window, and it dis not coply with the required 12" rule from the eve.
I’m just curious what others think, and if would you write this up and how?
