I’ve ran across this a cou[le of times. Sewer vents running out the wall and not terminating above the roof. I’m looking for better exclamation and wording? Can use some help this Christmas Eve?
“The vent must terminate at least a foot above the roof and far from any windows or
doors on adjacent buildings. You can pass the vent through a wall instead of through
the roof, but it must still rise over the roof.”
Minimum 4’ (10’ UPC) when directly below building openings, and minimum 3’ above openings within 10’ horizonal
I thought they might be there so he could get up and sniff to see if the vent was working,You know in case it was too cold to open the window and check…
Can’t believe you guys have never seen a “Mistress Egress.” Yep! Guys don’t need them. Head first out the window with a tumble a roll. Lucky if they’re still clutching their pants…
