I observed water supply and distribution system in a friend’s house, including: Plumbing water supply (cooper) fixtures and faucets without leaks, traps, plumbing waste (PVC) and the vent pipe with lead flashing, water heater equipment approved by UL (labeled) and located in the utility room.
The main shutoff valve located at a hose bib in the front of the house. I told my friend to be careful with this shutoff valve, I found signs of leakage that should be checked by a professional plumber.
