Well, at least checking it was easy.
The GFCI outlet was not much better.

Hey Bro’
Grabbing the low hanging fuit again…
Might as well add that sorry excuse of a diving board and spring-stand as neither meet current standards for proper installation or safety. The lean on that thing shows what damage a few beers and a few fat-boys can do on a sunny afternoon. Lucky it hasn’t snapped and hurt someone.
So it’s going to be like that is it Barry, then I would guess you would not be too fond of the slide then either. Deal Killer.

Hard to tell from the picture, but those electrical lines coming into the mast seem a mite low.
Mine looks a little like that, only it doesn’t have the diving board (thanks to a high school grad party for 2nd oldest boy - noone was hurt) or water in the pool. Light is in approx. the same position. Has to be replaced and I don’t like working on anything electric in the rain (power or no).
If it was up to me they would just fill all of them with concrete.
The service drop looks like it’s to close to the pool.
Another case of mistaken identity.
I have never “killed” a deal. They just commit suicide upon my arrival
Slides, boards, tramps, dogs…may affect ability for insurability…this is excluded in my PIA
