Staff member Lia Babitch is finishing our new State Exam Primer which includes over 1300 questions found on State home inspection examinations like the Texas TREC exam you mention. It includes a correct answer key as well. It is even designed to feel like a state exam so you get real practice, only it reveals the correct answer upon request.

We are about to release it any day now. It is password protected for members-only. We are making sure that all our NACHI members in states that require passing a state exam... pass... with flying colors.
