I don’t have one but did you think both of those courses you took prepared you for performing mold test? I just got licensed in Louisiana and am about to order the mold kit from sporecyte. I will ask around for a pre inspection agreement and get back to you. Did you think the shipping to send the samples into lad was kind pricy though. That was my only con against the company?
It seems simple enough. I did two tests on properties that I or family members own as a dry run to see what it was like. Basically, what the testing is $5 each for the Air-O-cell or Tape sample. $20 for the lab test, and $27 FEDEX back to the lab. So you are probably looking at $75ish to $125ish per home that you sample for mold. Charge your customers accordingly.
