and associate themselves with a stucco/eifs/acmv/exterior cladding specialist, whether it be someone local or someone they know they can trust…have tools, will travel
i am often put in an adversarial reporting position to a home inspector due to what i can only guess are their ego issues in not being able to say, “i don’t know, you need a specialist”
recently got a report clearly stating EIFS twice in their report when the cladding was clearly one-coat stucco & cost the client an additional $900.00 for this basic information
