Has anyone purchased another inspectors template for Spectora? How did it work out and was it what you expected? If you have a good one and would you please share.

Yes. It was great and as expected. Although, I mostly use it as a reference and still prefer to write my own narratives.

Kenton’s template is not a working template you want to use on a job, it is mainly used as narratives only. Do not purchase is you need a working template for inspections.

That’s a great point to mention. I tried to use it as a working template when I first bought it and found out on the first inspection that it wasn’t ideal for a working template.
