I have decided to go with Spectora at the end of this month. I am currently using the Axium software that I bought when I went to Axium Academy in Denver. I am using a template that I made combining available templates. I like the narratives better in the Axium software and I have heard that someone out there has created a template that uses that software as a model. Does anyone have any knowledge of that template? I would be interested in acquiring it. Thanks!

I bought Kenton’s templates a couple times. Once for Home Inspector Pro, and more recently for Spectora. I can recommend it.
Hey Kenton!
Hope you are back to good health! Pretty scary out there these days. I have been in for a month, with my five year old! Haven’t done an inspection for two weeks now. Not sure when I will do my next one! And I was just starting to roll!
I had a look at your site and saw the examples of the Spectora template. Is there anyway to have a more comprehensive look? As I said, I started on the Axium narratives and am just getting ready to shift to Spectora. I just moved to Florida
from Denver. I am still using the Spectora trial version, I have two more inspections left, which at the rate we are going now, might not be for awhile! Do you have any kind of trial version to see some of the narratives? I would like to read some of the
comments inside the headings.
I started on Spectora using the Ben Gromyko template, but found it pretty lacking, so have added and changed quite a bit to tailor it to my likes, so have a template that is not too bad. I still feel it is missing some things that were on the
Axium software. But I like the ease of use with Spectora. And the editing capabilities are far superior to using a pdf editor on the Axium report. But still prefer the comments on the Axium software.
Thanks!
Kip

Hey Bert,
Thanks for answering. I am using the trial version of Spectora, still have 2 inspections left. I pieced a couple of the templates together to make something that I thought was acceptable, but still not up to the quality of the narratives on
the Axium software I was trained on. I asked Kenton if there is any way to look at some of the comments, instead of just the headings. Have you customized a template you like, using Kenton’s and others available? I tried starting with the Ben Gromyko template,
but too much was missing, so I created my own using multiple templates. Are you satisfied with the comments?
