While it was not me that answered incorrectly, I have on occasion tested the tension of some of the wires under the lugs on the breaker.....and lived to tell about it.

While not for the weak at heart, it can be safely done but first you must turn the breaker off! ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)
