I really don’t see a problem here unless it was in Canada eh!

Then we could freeze our @ss whilst our feet froze to the base of the shower!

Do u c a problem?..............I don't c a problem! ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif) ![icon_lol.gif](upload://zEgbBCXRskkCTwEux7Bi20ZySza.gif)

DUH!

Wouldn't it really be better if the toilet was actually in the shower!

DUH! again! Of course, then you could do 2 jobs at the same time!

Does that mean a bidet is used for something other than a "foot bath"?

What a crappy shower. Saves on toilet paper though.

Looks like the toilet might meet the minimum clearance provisions, even though it's pretty tight ... but the clear space in front of the shower entrance isn't even close to the required/recommended 2' clearance per R307.1 ... ![icon_eek.gif](upload://yuxgmvDDEGIQPAyP9sRnK0D0CCY.gif)

That bathroom should be reconfigured (maybe just turn the shower opening if possible) ... either that, or get additional health/life insurance and pre-paid slip-and-fall legal services for when (not if) someone with wet feet will slip on the tile trying to get out of the shower ...

Just my opinion and 2-nickels ...

I’ll be serious for a moment. There appears to be more of a stain under the shower side of the toilet, suggesting that the wax ring may be, or has been compromised, by the inevitable bumping into that it must take when exiting the shower. That and what R. O’ C. said, regarding possibly suggesting the opening be changed to the left as appears to be possible. At least from what is available on the photo.

Hi to all,

Glad you enjoyed that one.

the correct answer is that both the WC and the shower do not have sufficient clearances, the WC space was only 26 inches wide (should be 30 inches), and the shower enclosure obviously does not have the required 24 inches of unobstructed space in front.

This house was a nightmare.

Gerry
