Just to CLARIFY the above, ROBERT YOUNG desisted himself vehemently (it means forcefully, ROBERT), from the officially mandated InterNACHI Group that is presently not only seeking official recognition by the OACIQ (Real Estate Board in Québec), but more importantly, a full and equal negotiating Partner (along with the 2 most important Inspector Associations, the OACIQ and the Government of Québec) in this Advisory Group that is preparing a legislative package that will come into Law in 2014!
Make no mistake about it, InterNACHI Québec is there working for InterNACHI inspectors in Québec at the negotiating table!

Gee this is exactly what Claude and Bill kept telling us for years about how they where had the best ideas and all needed to join their group and spend lots of money .

I find it strange most of those who where very active are no longer listed on the PHPIO ? PHPIC web site .
I choose who and where I want to associate with and don’t usually accept anyone who knocks at the door like some.
Come to think of it, ROBERT YOUNG sent me numerous request through LinkedIn to be my friend and all were ignored.
As for Gilles doing what he’s doing for money, could you please explain how he could in any way gain financially from what he’s doing which is to help iNACHI membership in Quebec?
As for PHPIC, I’ve done my term just like others and I’m still a member. I enjoy and find their monthly meeting in Ottawa very informative.
Quebec membership is growing and although there may be other Quebec social NACHI chapters, make no mistake!
There is only one official Quebec chapter and it is called NACHI Quebec.

Good to know that Gilles Larin is the president and speaker for Quebec’s only official interNACHI chapter that has the only mandate from interNACHI president Nick Gromicko to negotiate for all interNACHI members in Quebec that will respect the rules and want to continue to carry out inspections in the Province of Quebec.
Behind closed doors negotiations with Quebec government representatives, OACIQ representatives, A.I.B.Q. representatives and A.N.I.E.B. representatives and interNACHI representatives are going on.

1: Did you meet and talk to me at a restaurant because I called stating Marc B had said some disparaging remarks and I wanted them clarified so you could defend yourself?
2: Did i offer you inclusion into the mandate I was after and you state you had no interest in confronting the agenda I was on?
After that has been told to the Owner and Joe F.

3: Did you not take my idea without telling me and willing go behind my back and avoided telling me?
