5) I was called by a bank to perform an emergency flea treatment. Some of the office personnel were complaining & itching!
The employees including a leader began feeling bites and discovered rashes and other skin eruptions. These individuals identified certain portions of rooms where the pests are common and demanded control.

2-Roof vent pipe shows signs of a patch repair. Recommend further evaluation by a qualified roofer.
Issues: The vent top is low especially for an area with snow. The flashing which sheds water is of a long lasting type using soft metallic lead: however it appears uneven and may have been torn or damaged. The patch is suspect, as no patch should be required when using this type of flashing.
