Skylight - a fixed window to let natural light into a room. they don’t open to allow for ventilation.
Skywindow - dual purpose. Lets in natural light but also allows you to see the outside world. May also allow for some ventilation.
Roof Window - literally a window on the roof. these are operational windows that can fully open and close so they can allow for ventilation and in some cases can also be an emergency exit. More expensive than skylights.
D stamped directly on the metal tank, or on a label by the TPRV

Sky windows generally refer to windows fixed into the roof, roof windows must be installed in the same orientation and ‘in plane’ with the surrounding roof, a skylight is a fixed window installed on flat surfaces, and typically doesn’t open.
Not a whole lot. Any glazed assembly that admits natural light through a roof can be called a skylight. Some manufacturers use the term “roof window” to describe a relatively large skylight placed low enough that you can see out to the landscape. So I guess if you can see only sky, it’s a skylight, but if you can see sky and land, you call it a roof window.
Also, roof windows are generally big enough to qualify as means of egress in case of a fire. That’s seldom if ever the case with a skylight. The term “sky window” is not as common as the others. At least one manufacturer uses it to describe huge glazed areas in a flat roof. Most skylights are meant for roofs with a slope of at least 15 degrees.
d) Either b or c
Such markings shall be in an accessible position outside of the tank, permanently affixed.
