  1. No insulation baffle at edge, insulation can clog vent.
    Trusses look different, potential missing truss element on middle visible truss.
  2. Rigid pipe to water heater, should be flexible.
    TPR possibly goes up, unclear.
  3. Fire rating of wall destroyed by hole.
  4. No defect observed, other than minor chip in tile lower left.
  5. Rust on subpanel indicates potential high humidity in room.

No frog kisses here.

  1. No soffit baffles
  2. No thermal expansion device. No isolating shut off valve. TPV drain pipe goes up (though allowed in some areas)
  3. Fire barrier compromised
  4. OK
  5. Rusted panel. Panel legend may not be completely legible.
