I was in the attic, I heard what I thought was a Harley Davidson pull into the driveway and shut off. Then I heard a car door. I thought hmmm he must have opened the car parked in the driveway. Turns out it was this lil gem. Recent car show winner.

Was looking forward to some home grown sweet corn this weekend, but it would appear the local wildlife had the same thought.

I’m guessing racoons… I’ve watched beavers eat corn. They cut the stalk at ground level, then drag the whole stalk down to the creek and sit above their dam, strip the husk, eat the corn typewriter style, all the while throwing the waste into the water letting it float down and add to the accumulation of the dam.
