Are realtors on the listing side allowed to share my summary report with clients that I have no affiliation with (didn’t pay for services)? I’m in Florida.

Who’s to stop them? When someone eventually calls you in reference to the shared report, that is where you have to say that they are not your client and you cannot discuss. Now if they’d like to become your client, that’s another thing.

Copyright your report. I had a realtor give away $1,100. worth of reports to a different buyer. I found out when the buyer, (not my client called for a wind report, that he did not get). I threatened legal action against realtor and she refunded my client the whole amount.
