Came across this in a manufactured home fire recently, and although it did not appear to be the origin of the fire, it looks like it could have been next in line for one.

What was the cause, overload, loose connection, or
faulty equipment? We need to know.

Thanks

Gentlemen:

As stated, these electrical problems where not the cause of the fire.

From the looks of the 2-pole circuit breaker it appears that the connection to the bus was "fatigued" and probably loose, and with a heavy load being served led to the damage.

The fire also caused enough heat to almost melt the thermostat.

Just makes me want to go out and buy a manufactured home.

BTW....Looks like there are mixed breakers in that panel. Are they all the same make and model?
