Heating System Inspections Reference Book by Joseph Scaduto

Is anyone familiar with this book? If so is it worth 70 bucks?
Also is there any other reference book besides Preston’s for serial#/furnace age info? Thanks

Anything by Joseph Scaduto is very much out-dated.

Not worth the money…
