Since I am new to this business I was wondering if anyone could help me out as to what report form you would suggest.I plan on making up my own in the future but right now would like to use one to get some ideas from.

I never really liked the paper forms out there. They never seemed to fit the property or werent comprehensvie. Look at computer programs, I use Inspectvue and love it. Others use different programs. What it comes down to is which one fits you.
