They can be. The forum rules are part of the member code of ethics and this certainly is in conflict with the forum rules. Member’s posts have been removed before and I believe members have been booted for violating the forum rules. If you want it reported to Nick, you do it. I’ve done what I chose to do with it. I didn’t come here seeking your advice.
Whether either happens or not doesn’t really matter to me. The fact that you and Elliot would try to defend the statement because of who it was directed toward means a great deal.
